How I Started:
I had always been fit when I was young. But with work, hectic schedule and partying I could see my body slowly getting out of shape.
Why I Love It:
There is no better way to start your day - period!
How I Stay Motivated:
The benefits that I have got from this lifestyle are so numerous that I cannot even start to list them. So there is absolutely no shortage of motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
I am 5'11". In 2002 when I started I was 182 - which was still a 32 waist. I followed the Body-for-Life program for 3 months and reached 149 (though in retrospect that was a bad cut). However it was the first step in the learning process. Currently 165 @ 10%
