Background

When I Started: Sep 2009
HOW I STARTED:

From the start it was always an off and on thing and I don't mean rest days. Until enlisting anyway, over my first deployment I realized how vigorating physical fitness really was and now I just will not stop.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Working out is one of the most stress relieving and exciting things I've ever done. Not only does improved your health and physique but it gives you a new sense of purpose and accomplishment. Physical Fitness truly is my nirvana.

I try to stay consistent in the gym each rep as slow and meticulous as the first, sense I am try to gain alittle more muscle mass I try for a decent amount of weight.

Upper Body Training:
To prevent any muscular imbalance I like to use dumbbells throughout most of my training, so each arm is giving equal effort.

My Nutrition

There is nothing more encouraging than seeing ones own progress that I know; so far my goal seems for more attainable than I first assumed I ended up gaining


a decent 5lbs within 20 days later dropped another 2lbs leaving me at 162.4lbs guess


I finally got out of that 158-160lb rut. But to ensure

Weight Woes

Hard times once more, my original goal is to gain 10lbs of lean muscle in approximately eight months. The clock is ticking and I've found my self in a rut so to speak, having a pretty hard time getting passed 162lbs and tend to see myself losing what I've thought I worked so hard to gain. But the realization is I've been neglecting so many factors when it comes to weight gain, and me originally being a hardgainer anyway have been taking a few wrong turns when it comes to clean muscle building. Fitness was never at the forefront of my mind, I was focused more on figuring out what I was going to do or where I was going to go after High School. After graduation the military was the way to go for me, and that's when fitness became a goal and not only that but you can say a passion aswell.


At first it was a matter of gaining size and strength, I mean we all want that perfect physique. But eventually it became more than a matter of progression at least in the physical sense, but also a lifestyle that I refuse to let go, I went from 134lbs to 161lbs but I'm not done there,
