What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Immediately following my workout I get home and I take two scoops on ON whey, 1 tspn creatine, 1 tspn BCAA's, and 1 tspn of Glutamine. Then although im cutting and the extra calories are kind of a bummer I supplement with glycomaize a carbohydrate that replenishes glycogen stores.
