How I Started:
I started lifting this year but I've always been conscious of my weight, I use to be really overweight when I was young around 175 pounds in 6th grade not exactly sure of my height but i was a big kid I started eating right and lost about 60 pounds gaining about 10 back. Girls is also and influence I hate being called there best friend.
Why I Love It:
I like how your accomplishing a goal and constantly making improvements. And I own it! What I put in is what I get out.
How I Stay Motivated:
You either rise to the occasion or fall. I choose to rise.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost over 100lb of body fat from about 12 years old to date on and off.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Immediately following my workout I get home and I take two scoops on ON whey, 1 tspn creatine, 1 tspn BCAA's, and 1 tspn of Glutamine. Then although im cutting and the extra calories are kind of a bummer I supplement with glycomaize a carbohydrate that replenishes glycogen stores. thanks man.. i was at 312 last year at end of bulk then competed at 234 in June. Now I am currently 264 and leaner then i was at show actually.. and working hard to get some more muscle before end of year.

Not bad man, im leaning out but i really upped my protein the past 2 weeks so iv'e actually put on about 3lbs, so im doing only 15mins of cardio which is all step master 4 times a week, really want the striated glutes. how bout you man

hey! i won't be competing in April, as i still have a way to go following ACL reconstruction surgery in sept... :( i am training a young lady (age 15) who will be competing in april though, so i think i may have the "bug" before too long!
