I was always skinny and small growing up, and my dad is a pretty big guy so i looked up to him and he constantly had me doing pushups and pullups, just the little stuff. I Played all kinds of sports mainly ice hockey and lacrosse so i started working out with weights as i got older to stay strong mainly in hockey. i loved the feeling and seeing the difference. THEN I GOT ADDICTED.
Why I Love It:
i love turning heads at the gym. i love when my friends crack jokes, "steriods, arnold, husky, etc" because it obviously means i stand out and i have accomplished something. i love hearing everytime i see you, you get bigger and bigger. i love the confidence, stress relief, attention from girls. all of it. WE SPEND OUR LIVES TRYING TO GET WEIGHT OFF OUR SHOULDERS, WE SPEND TIME IN THE GYM TRYING TO PUT MORE ON.
How I Stay Motivated:
IM MY BIGGEST MOTIVATION AND IM ALSO BLESSED WITH GREAT GENETICS.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 30 pounds in about a year. and put up 285 after two years of lifting.
My whole life i was the small skinny kid, but i always gave everything i ever did 100%. I havent been playing to much sports any more so i turned my dedication to lifting.
good sizes man keep on puttin some mass and muscles youll get there in no time so bulk up this cold seasons and just cut down next yr and good luck keep it up!
Hey man, best of luck with your goal for your chest and shoulders. I wish I had broad shoulders as well.

Hey man, really great achievments.. great back muscles ("v" shape), this is the type of inspiring progress! do you take some supplements? how many times a week do you train and how long? cardio?
hey bro yea my typical chest workout is about 10 chest exercises (4 sets 6-12 reps)
incline dumb bell press 3 different angles of incline.
barbell flat bench
incline flys (dumb bell or cables)
pull overs
dips.
pushups.
give it a shot. get your form down. feel the pump.. increase the weight.. good lcuk
