i probably have the most boring ab routine on earth! i do just one set of lying leg raises, usually after cardio. lately, that means i've been working my abs directly only about once every two weeks LOL

Yes, mainly leg raises, and heavy compound movements like squats.

It's starting to get cold here. Just started off-season training. Trying to put on more size. What does your off-season diet generally look like? Like you, I'm trying to stay (relatively) lean! lol
