I like the way i feel after a workout motiveted fresh and confident
How I Stay Motivated:
I have friends that are bodybuilders they are great support i stay mentally focused and i am a big fan of wwe wrestling motivates me to be like those guys .
My Goal is to lose Fat and Gain Muscle
I have Always Wanted to Have a lean athletic Body i did a lot of sports through high school but after that i never got back to excersizing as much. i also had a drinking problem which didnt help at all one thing i have in favor is that i am strict and dedicated to my goals in the Past i Had a Drinking problem which never helped in my failed attempts to reach my goals
now that im sober more clear minded i am very confident this time i will reach my goals.
I am Currently Using the 12 week transformation diet on Bodybuilding.com and doing 30 to 45 min
of cardio and weight training everyday but wednesdays which is my day off to let the body rest.
Just go moved in to my new house this weekend. Whoooo!!! Now I can cook clean(er) and get my workout routine in order. LEG DAY TODAY. I cant wait for the blood curdling pain to hit me with Rage Against the Machine playing in my ear hole.
yo Legend! thanks for the add bro, as for you wanting to lose weight, i could help you in that department since i just had finished losing enough weight for me to start wanting muscle. The first thing i did was start running 5-6days a week in the mornings and if i felt i had the energy i would run 2x day in the morning and at night. i manage to loose 60 pounds in 5 months, but remember i wasnt planning on gaining muscle, i just wanted to burn the fat first.
Thanks! Yeah I'm really shooting for 200 or if I'm really lucking 195 before summer.
I hope you get to 200 before summer! Though I'm sure you will, because summer is still awhile away, or I keep telling myself that summer is still awhile away but in my head its coming too fast!....
Cheers Scott.
