When my children had grown up & left home I decided that was it, time to set my goals. Went to weight watchers, joined a gym, went 6days a week 1 hour every day. Wasn't really into lifting weights thought it was hard (WELL I was wrong, it took me 18 mths to figure that out). Now I am hooked, I am having and seeing results from lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
The transformation of the body has just been amazing. My self esteem has risen, the hard work is paying off.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading womans Oxygen Magazine & been able to fit clothes that slide on and in rather than be all tucked in.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from a size 26 dress to a size 12 WHEW! (Havin bigger muscles than the hubby LOL) getting my husband involved and his weight has gone from 140k to 100k

My challenge is to transform my body so I can compete in a BodyBuilding competition.
Goal (Long):
I am the youngest of 8 siblings and family gatherings meant cooking & eating, and cooking & eating. I have always been big, my father weighing over 30st (420lbs) and sisters varied from 14-25st (196-350lbs) Yes OBESITY is the word.
I have already achieved my goals losing 37kg (...lbs). Now my new goal is to shred the bodyfat, and weigh in at 69kg (...lbs), and have some form.
