My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

Current Ab workout

5 sets - 40 second rest between sets

Dragon Flags 
 - 5 reps

Leg Lifts to Shoulder Stand
 - 24 reps (3rd set - alternate twist / 5th set - 10 reps with negative dragon flags)

Side Bends (35 lb Dumbbell)
 - 12 reps (each - one side at a time)

Renegade Rows to Side Plank (15 lb Dumbbells)
 - 5 reps (each - alternating each side)

Will add the following if time is available:

Cable Crunch (50 lbs)
 - 20 reps

Sit Ups - various types

 

If not going to do other ab workout the next day, finish with the following (not part of the superset)

5 sets - 40 second rest between sets

Plank on Stability Ball (resting on elbows)
 - 1 minute each set

Rman2013 I am doing good got down to 230lbs ,now Iam metally preparing to get more serious. Honestly I havent been on track like I should with my diet even though I lost 40lbs , I had alot of cheat days. So now Iam just gearing up to turn the intensity of my workouts on. timetomove yeah my sister lost 40 lbs and nagged me till I lost weight. see I had the "spare tire" I could not see my toes that was a problem plus I had the "love handles" that not sure if any one loves them or their purpose. loli was 295 lbs when I started you? May 3, 2013 12:13am
