How I Started:
I did it to improve my strength for wrestling. At the time it helped, the habit just stuck, and with friends who were into it at the time and still, it just become another thing to do while hanging out with friends...
Why I Love It:
Gives you great stamina... for when you get lucky in bed
How I Stay Motivated:
I imagine myself in a spaceship with a trillion babes just wanting to get at my body and it makes me work harder. Then I trip in shrooms for 9 days and 9 nights all the while hallucinating the weights I lift are like feathers, but really full grown cows that I duct taped to a steel pipe. That is some crazy motivation.

Im trying to cut down my weight, but as right now it seems to get harder and harder, but Im gaining muscle so Im not too upset
Look good naked and have a mustache while doing it.
Goal (Long):
Well I want to actually be able to grow a mustache that looks fake and maybe just maybe gains some muscle in the process of it.

Sat: Chest Triceps
Bench
anywhere from 4 to 6 sets ranging from 15 to 6 repetition range, usually going down in reps
Incline bench
4 sets
15-6 reps
dumbell bench
4 sets
usually 6 reps because of the high dumbell weight, I do this to strengthen my stabalizer muscles

Thanks for the add! So you are currently trying to lose weight/fat? Did you set yourself a certain time frame for a certain weight loss? And do you follow a certain diet plan?

Really,why is that?I know,believe,that all this type of diets require some amount of money,weekly,and it sucks;but there are ways around it,you can eat clean on a low budget.
