It's kind of funny. My second marriage was nearing the end and both me and my future ex started excercising, preparing ourselves to re-enter the marketplace.

It came after the 40th birthday. Life ahead is no longer an indefinite mass of years, days and hours, there'll be no other time to start doing the things I was planning to do...some other time.

Yea I feel the same way concerning overall development of the body. I wished more people at my gym were the same way because the majority of people only do 2 exercises in the weight room. Bicep curls and flat bench. How much weight are you trying to lose?
