Why I Love It:
Love the pump, the way it feels. I feel healthy and vibrant. Wife loves it.

Great Built to both you and your son. Keep up the good work, but stay ripped.
hey bro lookin built there man! massive! how do u gain muscle? nothign i try works, not training, not good diet not proper rest, it isnt gettin me any where and i been doing them all consistanly for past 2 and a half years.
Greg, have you gotten the leg training figured out now? From how good the upper body is, I will bet that you're going to have terrific quads and calves some day soon, too
Good luck with your desire to be a personal trainer. I have never regretted it for one minute. You are looking ripped and rugged and you should be very proud of all of your hard work.
Hey Greg, how's it going? Your question on low back and legs, at the gyms where I work out at they've got a leg press where you're sitting down and just pulling your feet in. No pressure at all on my lower back, and mine bothers me from time to time, too. One thing I've found that really kills the legs is to do 1 legged squats in a hallway bracing myself for stability (a smith machine is best here). No pressure on the back and man does it kill the legs and behind!
