I didn't get into bodybuilding until later in life.
I used to hit the Golds Gym in 1989 with my friend Richard. We'd pump some iron on Saturday for the clubs that night. I remember munching on these BCAA tablets about 20 at a time; they were really new on the market and you were cool if you had a bottle! LOL
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is a great sport and is a major part of my life. You get exactly what you put into it.
There arne't a lot of people that look the way we do and I like being different.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror with satisfaction.
It's now a way of life no modivation needed.
BB Accomplishments:
Shredded physique, Solid symmetric muscle gains and a low body fat% bringing everything out nice and clean.
Make those ardous "leaning-out cycles a thing of the past and stay both big and cut year-round with this poten quartet of muscle-building fat-fighting supplements!

Thanx, I needed that. I am exhausted & still have 60 mins on the bike. Today was bootcamp followed hard by a gruelling 70 mins of back &amp bi's with abs to follow. I cannot envisage doing all that without my oatmeal in the a.m. I told you this already, but the thought of that cut diet terrifies me. I just don't know if I can hack it. My protein powders are almost gone, so I'm going order the proteins they suggest; give it a month and we'll see. Thanks for the support, B
