How I Started:
Been in the gym off and on from 16yrs old on. Took lifting seriously for 2 years solid, and it came to a TOTAL stop when I fried out my shoulder..And now 2yrs 3 operations and gaining 43lbs I can now start back:)
Why I Love It:
The confidence it gives me, the energy, and the whole atmosphere of the gym.. almost everyone there you meet you have something in common w/. in other words its easy to make new friends

how do I stay motivated?? Buy looking @ my now fat ass in the mirror
