Reason: Why? Shoot, look at her progress pictures! The dedication and determination to achieve her results is quite evident. I hope to look that awesome in a bikini some day...no just playin', seriously, she took charge of her life, decided to make some changes and followed through. I hope to look her age really soon! Keep killin' it girl!
Reason: Wow, where do I begin? She battles Multiple Sclerosis (not to mention knee inuries) and yet she keeps at it. Both beautiful and intense, she never complains about her health issues, she just puts one foot ahead of the other and keeps going. I am amazed that she is not on everyone's "people who inspire me" pages! Keep killin' it girl and know that you inspire me to keep pushing forward!
Reason: Her outlook and unwaivering support gets me through some tough days around here...it is a honor and privlidge to call her my friend. Her dedication is obvious and her mood rubs off on you...You rock sister, keep killin' it in the gym.
Reason: Why does he inspire me? Really? His dedication is simply incredible. Everytime I doubt I can reach my goals...all I do is look at his bodyspace and I realize that all things are possible with dedication, hard work and faith.
Reason: The sickest abs on bodyspace!!!! Always sharing knowledge and his body proves he knows his sh!t! Trying to figure out how to steal his abs...maybe I can just give him mine and let him do all of the work...LOL!
