Sorry, been busy as can be lately! A lot of stress at home, killing my diet and motivation. MRI came back and no tears, showing signs of irritation with my ligaments. Doctor said that taking it easy on it will make it all better. Monday starts Jay's assault on his body again! I will not behave...hahahahaha
