Overall Goal: Failure is nothing more than practicing for success! Getting up after a fall requires far more courage than to have never tried to stand in the first place. Doing Work Crew is killin' it all day everyday!

When I Started:
Apr, 2006
How I Started:
I started because I wanted to go back into the military and I needed to lose about 80 pounds (I was around 285ish)! I took me about 7 months, daily workouts, the Zone Diet and a lot of dedication, but I did it! I have put on about 10 pounds of muscle. Working on shredding the last bit of fat around my gut.
Why I Love It:
I love the freedom I feel when it is just me and the weights. I takes me away from this place and for a couple hours a day, I have peace and calmness.
How I Stay Motivated:
Refusing to accept that I have to look my age! I am the new 20!

Goal (Long):
To look on the outside what I feel on the inside! No more letting "stuff" get in my way...I am in control of me!
Why does he inspire me? Really? His dedication is simply incredible. Everytime I doubt I can reach my goals...all I do is look at his bodyspace and I realize that all things are possible with dedication, hard work and faith.
I was reading your blog...MOS wassat?? Now the dancing on the table part I got! Maybe I should come along as security...you know, make sure YOU don't get into any trouble. Ha, ha...oh yeah, you're probably going to be LOOKING for trouble...Bad Thing! Let the games begin!
Spider monkeys don't like being in a cage...just thought you should know! Both boys were sick this week. Hello H1N1. I was nursing babies Mon-Fri. Both are fine now so I can return to my normal schedule on Monday. Thank goodness for that, this little layoff is making me feel grouchy! Humph!
Oh I hope you are able to make it to the gym. Just don't push too hard. It might actually make you feel a bit better. Now, you know I'll have an extra special avi for you in the next couple of weeks...saving the best for last! Spider monkey...out!
Hold the phone! You are still fighting that nasty bug?!! Oh my goodness! That thing is holding on for dear life :( I really home you're back to your awesome self soon!!
Hiya :) I'm here..just a really really busy end to the week. Went out on Fri night and got a little toasty..fun fun. Then had a movie night with my sisters last night. We did a National Treasure maraton..he he! I uploaded a few new progress pics so you can see what hard work I've been doing :) How's your weekend going? Where are we on the countdown?
So glad you get to come home! I know you must be anxious to get someone knowledgeable to look at your shoulder. I know how hard it is to keep going strong in the gym when something hurts. I must be coming up in the world. I'm gonna have my own private security force...now all I need is a cabana boy. What else could a spider monkey want???
I've got it handled! Now I just have to book a trip to Aruba...cause, you know, the proper background is important in a photograph! LOL! Well, I guess I can't fall apart now. I've got commitments to keep. Good thing I'm only 20! I hope all is quiet and calm on that side of the world. You have a great day! Spider monkey...out!
