mab311 hey i got a question, you say its tough to keep your run times up for the PT test..i just joined the army and dont leave til july but im lookin to lose body fat, i maxed my PT test at the recruiting office to 314 and i want to maintain my good run especially, any advice on how you manage to maintain it while cutting? thanks in advance! I simply stated that "I understand that this probably requires extensive planning." -BTW what MS class are you? and what you want to branch?- MSII. I really don't know what I want to go into yet. smallguyjoe Hey, I think you're doin better than you think, man! I don't know how you get your bf% tested, but everything that I have access to says I'm 9-10% bf, and lookin at your pics I'd guess you were 7-8% right now... unless you hold a lot of fat on your legs or something. kendafriend I'm 162, normally about 165 so I have no problem passing my PT test. Plus the Air Force PT is less strict than the Army. We only run 1.5 miles, do push ups, & sit ups & get our waist measured. The waist is the big thing for us so that's how I get most of my points. -Ken Oct 12, 2008 7:59pm
