How I Started:
I used to be a pretty consistent "gym goer." Unfortunately, life became so busy I began neglecting my physical fitness. With the physical demands placed on a soldier, I felt this would be a great time to get into shape.
Why I Love It:
I love to see the progress, and not just the appearance, but the conditioning and overall improvement.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have other soldiers who rely on me to keep them in shape. I hate to let my soldiers down.
BB Accomplishments:
My last APFT I scored a 289 of which a score of 300 is maxing for my age and gender group. My previous score was a 258. I had one of the highest scores in the company.
