gained close to 30lbs in 3yrs.. not much for most, but for a skinny sob in high school.. its quite an accomplishment!

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
its ok to voice your pain.. but in moderation.. not every rep every set. i do, but rarely and not like an idiot.

Thats ok , thanks for trying to help .... how are you ? I am psyched! my goal is losing body fat and getting ripped , so the numbers ...I dunno until I get tested again ...but visually I am coming along starting to see increased chest mass and striations down the middle . the flat spot between the pecs is filling in ...abs are starting to show a little .. they are just below the surface. a new pic or two soon . hope your well man keep in touch

hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ? Looking to invest in some mags and wantot get the best. Thanks

I got back into the gym yesterday after a month off. ran for 30 minutes and lifted for 45 . I am sore but happy ... back at it today again ... lifting really helps me stay sane these days. how are ya ?
