157 (all time heaviest weight) by march 1st. solid weight too.. no water weight(i quit using creatine). ultimate goal is roughly 170lbs.. at 5'8 i should wear that well.

Yes...they just did a couple of months ago. It is always sooooo packed. It's full of bikers at all times lol. That is so funny....I bet we know a lot of the same people!

I am psyched! my goal is losing body fat and getting ripped , so the numbers ...I dunno until I get tested again ...but visually I am coming along starting to see increased chest mass and striations down the middle . the flat spot between the pecs is filling in ...abs are starting to show a little .. they are just below the surface. a new pic or two soon . hope your well man keep in touch
hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ? Looking to invest in some mags and wantot get the best. Thanks
I got back into the gym yesterday after a month off. ran for 30 minutes and lifted for 45 . I am sore but happy ... back at it today again ... lifting really helps me stay sane these days. how are ya ?
i think im squared away for now, right now im in the transition program but hopefully ill be getting into the applied health sciences college soon and ill have a new poc.
yo man my advisor at UC sucks, did you have to start in the center for access and transition when you started there or did you get right into your college of choice?
