How I Started:
Just wanted to be bigger back around the end of HS. Started training my first semester in college during a physical fitness class and got bit by the bb'ing bug. Back then, EAS was HUGE so I started with all the Bill Phillips books and EAS supplements.
Why I Love It:
Getting a good pump during a workout.

Thank you! Yeah, i can't believe it myself! My legs are crazy! I think they were the biggest on stage and really muscular. We weren't even allowed to wear oils while on stage at this show. It wasn't allowed.
WOW, how long have you been doing that? How does it make you feel? I know someone else that tried the Velocity diet and he said he was too rough so he went with something else off of T-Nation's site. I do moderate carbs and so far so good, protein is high though.
Right on! I'm the opposite, legs do good, but upper body needs to catch up so gotta work HARDER and continue to eat right. So what do you do for cutting? Like cut down carbs or carb cycling?
