I got started to attract the ladies i guess...purdy standard but i also love wrkin out so that is lly how i got started
Why I Love It:
I love hitting the iron, the pump of adrenaline, the feel of a cold bar in my fist, sweat puring down my neck, and the scream of my muscles as i lift and lift and lift til i drop to the cold floor exhausted
How I Stay Motivated:
I always tell myself wen i look in the mirror that i can be better than yesterday but only in the gym. the gym is the forge and i'm the hot iron ready to be shaped as the reps and sets hammer me into an unstoppable machine
BB Accomplishments:
i wuz recently named most muscular cadet in my flight
I want to have a single digit body-fat with the best ab-chest-shoulder-arm combo i can achieve. i want a broad, thick back and super hard legs and calves
Yo everybody, im proud and excited to say that ive finally reached 160 lbs. after over 3 months of hard training and eating. my body fat % is still in the 8-9% range so my new wait is mostly muscle. My sis' bf is wanting to fill out so he's gonna train w/ me and i cant wait to break him w/...
Im keeping my reps under 10 and only doin 1-2 actual wrk sets w/ heavy weights to up the intensity. im doin sissy squats supersetted w/ extensions for a sick pump.
