Well, I didnt work out, but i ran yesterday. Im not going to work out today, but tomorrow im going to do a fully chest workout. Since I was sick, i probably wont be able to lift a lot, but im going to go as heavy as possible

thanks for your advice, i am not lifting enough heavy weights i use 15lb dumbells but i should be using heavier ones than that
