Brothers were Bodybuiders , Back Room at Home was a weight room , I Hated it at young age but I wanted to transform My body after seeing Pics of a young Steve Reeves in a book of My Dads , Steve was long before My time But was the Best !! Bro's were into Arnie , I wanted an aesthetic looking Bod with a Small waist . Did Sports Science at Uni and many other related courses, work in the 'fitness Industy'as Health & Fitness Manager and Personal Trainer.

Why I Love It:
Its not just about the Pump or respect u get from others , theres no feeling on Earth like when your Looking the very best in terms of Bod and Fitness.
I do love the Gym though the positive vibe and Mates You make , could never give it Up .BodyBuilding and Fitness Training gets Me through the Stessful and Hard Times in Life .... Gives Me confidence to face anything with Strengh.
How I Stay Motivated:
Read above , also looking at Bodybuilding Mags and Sites like Bodyspace , chating with other Bodybuilder dudes and getting advise .

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I find its Overtraining , How many times have You heard " I was Just Looking F****** Great and then I get an Injury" , Lot of the time it was because person was overtraining all muscle groups and not giving time for recovering ....... What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Amino's, B'complex, zinc , L'carnitine drink, vit E, 1 Tribulus Tab. either No-explode or similar. one protein Bar .

What calf workout has worked best for you?
Mix it Up , Found that sprinting on Road or Treadmill Pumps em up good. Seated calf raises , Leg press calf raises ( some strict some ballistic with slight bend to knees )
Yeah cracking day down there.. i just dropped to a 30" waist not bad for a 6ft 1 guy :)Building my own gym in the garden now fed up of stupid gym fees.. when you sticking a shot of your face up?? did u do that photoshoot for he-man shots lol

Absolutely. Every ounce of energy will have been worth it. In the end, it's the journey that means the most. It's what shapes our lives. The stage is just a celebration of all we've accomplished that training year! Thank you immensely for your support!
