Was always skinny, I wanted to gain muscle and confidence along with that. i started out by lifting weights and eventually got into training self defense and combatives.
Why I Love It:
Confidence. Overall sense of well-being/healthiness.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching UFC
BB Accomplishments:
17 yrs old when i first started, gained about 20 pounds in the first few months
Stop eating junk/fast food. Start working out a minimum of 3x a week. Start jogging/running again. Taking supplements and learning about fitness/nutrition again.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%

I've been training BJJ under a Machado black belt for about 2 years and 3 months. I'm moving to Nebraska in a couple months, plan on training in Omaha. Know any good places by chance? Cool pic btw.
