Hey mizz 34, sorry it took so long to get back to you:( I ended up having mono, and it completly sucked. I havent worked out for a month and i cant go back for another two weeks. oh yeah and I lost 25 lbs. so im really eager to get back and hit it hard. whats new with you?

wow 5 lbs in 30, thats def. a goal. but one that shouldnt be to hard for you. i swear your body is so muscle bound its crazy, and very sexy. cant wait to see your progress. is it for a show?

vpx shotgun huh? i'll have to give that a shot. ya the last 7 days ive had the flu and havent been to the gym:( im just starting to get my appitite back which is good cause ive lost 7 lbs.
did you really write "dorky as heck"? ya i geuss you did;)

right on man. im not an actual "rep" for armada i just like to represnt them! for park check out the K2 extrems little stiff but they are super versatle. if your into a softer flex then check out the Line Anthums now they come out of the same factory as K2. whats ur pow ski?

I'm actully not a trainer, maybe one day but for now I just sell the equipment. love the new pro pic, awsome tri/hamstring shot. looking really good:) and im sure i will need some help with nutrition Q/A's along the way so im glad to know you can help me. oh yeah why 34?

Sodium :( no i havent been doing that, i really have no clue when it comes to nutrition, but i will work on the sodi.
I've never been to Houstin, but i have been to Tyler and Dallas. it is so flat in Texas. do you like living there?

well Good luck on the cert. that is an awsome thing to have and pursue. as far as the water weight.... No it hasnt been the best, but i am killing my legs and i am hitting everything really hard except for my abbs so im going get those poping today!

thank alot man really app. it, as far as supplimentation i credit protein the most, and nitric oxide. but like you said its all about how hard you work. i spend 2 1/2- 3 1/2 hrs at the gym a night and prob 6 days a week so thats why i am what i am. people always ask what im taking (roids) and no one gets it just go to the gym and lift. dont let people talk you into cheating and you'll get plenty big! good luck man
