I finally had a gruesome leg workout.  Now I see why people split leg workouts into 2 days.  I had already hit my legs on Tuesday, but not like today.

Here is part of the Tuesday workout.
Hack Squat-6x160lb, 6x170lb, 8x180lb, 8x205lb.

Leg Extension-10x120lb, 9x130lb,...


Current Supplements:
BSN Syntha-6, 2.91 Lbs., Strawberry Milk Shake
Started: Jul 28, 2008
Reason: Tastes great, and does not make me bloated. I take it before bedtime.

it's meat with some bread cumbs, pine nuts, raisons, ham, and cheese in side. You rap it up and back it. I can eat 10 or more.

Yea Eustis is ok, the only thing that alot of people hit up on base is the bowling alley, gym and the NCO club...the club is alright, but I'm not the club type...and 88H is a cargo specialist. We basically move anything with forklifts, cranes, RTCH's etc

Thats good to hear bossmanm, well I'm away from home doing some military missions and training at Ft. Eustis so the diet is on hold but I try to workout and do so army PT stuff to keep up. But things been really bad the past few months but I'm trying to hold on and push harder and stronger

Yes I would allow one "FUN" dessert once a week, and that would be my cheat day. I Kept my cals around 2000-2500 when I was on my diet... because with my figures I avrage 3000 cal a day. So on my cheat days I would allow 2000 other cals with a 1000 cal dessert.... or so. How are you doing it?
