How I Started:
I have always lifted on and off (casually), but after I graduated from high school, I had a ton of free time on my hands so I started going to the gym. I have been lifting seriously ever since.
Why I Love It:
It is so nice to go to the gym and clear my mind of everything and just focus on working out. Some people prefer golf, I prefer the gym. It is nice to see how strong I can get and to see what my body can do. I have only just begun.
How I Stay Motivated:
Opening up those muscle magazines and seeing those people in there. Wow! It just shows me how far I have to go. Also, looking at people's profiles on here and seeing where they are physically.

I arm wrestle in the 154 class, and sometimes drop to 145. So, I need to get as strong as I can while keeping my weight as low as I can. So, I am planning on bringing my bodyfat way down to pack on as much muscle as possible. I don't neglect my arms at all, but I do neglect other body parts (especially legs) in order to keep my weight down. Also back. I am going to try to bring those body parts around to get stronger. I seem to be able to develop whatever it is that I want to develop very well. I went from a 225 max bench to a 300 max bench in just over 6 months because I set a goal and went for it. Before, benching was never a concern. I need to try to bring all of my bodyparts up to their potential while maintaining a good bodyweight (145-154).
I am taking most of the week off. I have been taking much more time off the last two weeks, and though I thought I was going to get weeker; on Monday, I had the strongest bicep workout of my life... doubling my best rep number at a certain weight. Strength seems to be coming quickly right now....
hey bro, how's it going? looking great in your pics. where are you from? keep it up. A question for you. I weigh 170lbs. Would you mind giving me a piggyback ride?
