I felt i was too much skinny, so i decided to change myselves,i joined a gym....i started getting results, so i just continued what i was doing
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding has changed my life....it increased my self confidence....the way of communication of my friends changed towards me.
I love doing workouts...feeling of pump...aggressiveness.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated frm...surfing BB.com...bodybuilers pics...training videos....books etc
well if u r gaining a pound a week stick with that... if you aren't add in 500 more cals.. o btw macros aren't really that important when u bulk but i would eat more fat like 20%
Yo if you want to gain 50 lbs you need to up your calories and the weights u use in training. My little 8 year old brother leg presses 120 lbs for 40 reps!
