Hired a personal trainer, after 7 weeks I'm noticing major increases in all exercises.

Background
I was tired of looking in the mirror and being depressed with what I saw. I was tired of being intimidated by others who were bigger in size and having concerns of going to bars in fear of being attacked and being too weak to defend myself
Working out is by far the best stress relief method you can do. Secondly, you feel fantastic after it. After working out for a year I've noticed I'm not as tired as I used to be and I'm in a better mood majority of the time. My confidence has sky rocketed and continues to increase as I am able to lift heavier weights as time goes on.
