When I Started: Aug, 2004
How I Started: I have been working out since High School, yet I never got into it. After College I become very serious and got into the lifestyle. I saw alot of gains and progress and then I had surgery on my wrist and never got back in there. I plan on getting married in two years and I want to reach my goal (Naturally) by then! This website is the best for that!
Why I Love It: I used to love working out for the girls, but then after I got serious I realized how good it made feel and how important it was for my health.
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing and talking to people like myself on here.
BB Accomplishments: At 160 pounds, I once benched 225 twice, and I remember everyone in the gym being very impressed!
