Being overweight all my life, I was at risk to have lifestyles diseases such as High Blood Pressure and Diabetes so I made the decision to start and maintain a fitness lifestyle and in the process motivate other women to do the same too.

I want to be at my ideal weight of 170lbs by the end of December.
Goal (Long):
I officially decided that I want to live and maintain a fitness lifestyle. I want to be lean and toned with developed abs, arms, back and legs. I want be a role model by action and not just words to show ladies young or old that they too could have the body they want and have a healthy lifestyle and not just a phase....
Reading her articles and watching her videos made me a true fan and inspiring and motivating me to start to live and maintain a fitness lifestyle being beautiful within and exterior....I'm her #1 fan..:)
