How I Started:
After I had my third child the weight just wouldn't come off. My diet was very poor and taking care of three kids kept me very busy and I stopped taking care of myself. Finally when my daughter turned 3 I decided enough was enough and I started working out and fixing my diet.Took me a lot of ups and downs and set backs, but I am finally at my pre-third child weight.
Why I Love It:
Helps me get rid of some stress. I like looking in shape and hate being fat.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing results whether small or big and by not wanting to be as out of shape as I used to be. It makes me feel good to look in the mirror and like what I see looking back and to know that I am healthy again.

To keep shedding body fat and tone up my trouble areas (abs and thighs).
Goal (Long):
I want to maintain around 120 lbs and 17-18% bodyfat. I want to strengthen my severely weak back and add some muscle there. Keep as much mobility and flexibility as I can to combat my arthritis. To be as healthy as I can and show my children that being healthy and working out is important.

My neck issues have calmed down thankfully on their own. I still have some pain here and there and stiffness, but overall that part is feeling a lot better. However, I was told I have arthritis. How severe and exactly what kind I have I'm not sure. I have to do further testing. All I know is...
