Loochi Argen it's been a long while mate, how are you? I hope all is well.. Thanks for your compliment.. I actually have to watch out that the wind doesn't blow me away.. I'm 158lbs trying to get to 135-140ish for comp.. Want to be a ABSOLUTELY SHREDDED... We will see.. Been dieting 22 weeks (Sunday it will be) was 180lbs to start : ) Apr 7, 2011 1:13am

JourneymanDave Hiya, thanks for dropping by and the feedback. Yeah, the calves thing is kind of odd. They're the only bodypart that never seems to go away if I'm laying off. I think it's more genetic than anything else, I hardly ever work them. It's the other 98% of my body that I have to bust my butt to get back. Best wishes! Oct 2, 2010 8:09am
