When I Started:
Nov, 2006
How I Started:
I have always worked out but never really tried hard. I put on some bad weight and decided that it was time to do something about it so I started to get information online, from books and friends trainers, any information about losing body fat and gaining muscle, proper ways of eating, workout routines, etc.
Why I Love It:
When I'm working out I feel all this tension going away, a relief from a hard day at work. I sort of forget all problems at least for a few hours.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just focusing on a goal, a short and a long one, what I want to look in 3 month and a year from now. Sometimes looking at other guys build also motivates me to keep working harder.
Add some mass and more definition by end of spring.
Goal (Long):
Since I'm new to this I have a lot to learn but I hope to compete sometime in the near future. I've always been awe by the capability of the human body, how men or woman can achieve such physic. I come from a family where eating is a must and we didn't really mind calories but always healthy so I've always been thin. Even though I've been training for several years now, it is just recently when I decided to get involve in this new lifestyle to see how far I can get.
