My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
HIT and Circuit Training
Im in the gym 6 days a week lifting weights and 3 of those 6 days i also train for Brazilian Jiu jitsu. My goal is to have a perfectly aesthetic body and acheive my highest athletic potential for BJJ. I've veered away from doing your mundane olympic lifts to do routines that are a bit "outside the box". My mentality is this, i look in the mirror every day and see what needs improvement, ill pick up a weight and try and find an isolated movement thats going to really hit the area that needs work and i go to work. By no mean do i make up things that have never been done before but, i do alot of different things. i get board if i do the same workouts for chest or arms over and over and over... mix sht up and get crazy, do somthing thats going to trick your body. The body hates pain and will do anything to eliminate as much pain as possible, that includes stress on the muscles. You need to keep the body guessing on whats coming next. I'll put up one of my routines for an entire week shortly, but understand that ill pick that routine apart the next week. Some of the excersises i'll keep and others i'll toss out for new ones. The only thing that's followed consistantly are the muscle groups i hit and what days of the week i do them.

Cleaner than Clean
Absolutely no junk food and ive taken dairy and bread out of my diet. As a subsitute for bread i'll use whole leafs of lettuce for sandwhich wraps or i'll slice up one of those super lean low fat "Jenny O" turkey burgers and put some cottage cheese on it. Basically i just try to eat around 7 times a day (there not large meals) and i avoid bad carbs or calories. I'll post a sample diet in te near future.

i go all natural, only supplements i'm currently taking is whey protein powder and glutamine for recovery.

AESTHETIC AS FUUUUAAARRRRRK
When i first started lifting about 6 years ago, i turned into a big meat head with deffinition but, wasnt ripped. Its more benificial to my sport and eye appealing to myself to be Aesthetic like ZYZZ... not gonna lie that dudes my back ground on my phone (no homo) so that i never forget what im striving for where ever i go. I cant slip up when i know how bad i want that.
