Background

When I Started: Apr 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I was interested in becoming stronger and building muscle first back in 8th grade and my dad introduced me to working out. He showed my the basics from his years doing college football ,rugby and being a USMC DI.I really starting getting into it back in 2006 with a weight lifting clss in high school. Then my junior year even more and started playing lacrosse. later in 2007 I started getting sick and was forced to stop. Was home schooled for half my senior year in 2008. the past 4 years I tried getting back into it but couldnt last more than a month at most. And now I am back 2011 and going stong! So thankful to God and his Son for my health!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love being able to shape and strengthen our bodies. It makes me feel a lot better being strong and better looking,makes me feel normal. its just heathy for my body and health is very important to me.

My Motivation Program

The main thing that keeps me motivated Is my faith in God and his son Jesus Christ.Being very sick in the past and recent, laying in hospital beds, being in pain for hours, and always having tests,getting chemo,having mini strokes,severe depression,pain med dependency,a bone marrow transplant, nerve damage,reminds me of how much I have been through and keeps me motivated with working out because there were years it was impossible for me.From a medical stand point I should be dead. It is such a gift to be able to go to the gym and lift weights and I can never take it for granted. I want my body to be as healthy and stong as it could be.
