Background
I was interested in becoming stronger and building muscle first back in 8th grade and my dad introduced me to working out. He showed my the basics from his years doing college football ,rugby and being a USMC DI.I really starting getting into it back in 2006 with a weight lifting clss in high school. Then my junior year even more and started playing lacrosse. later in 2007 I started getting sick and was forced to stop. Was home schooled for half my senior year in 2008. the past 4 years I tried getting back into it but couldnt last more than a month at most. And now I am back 2011 and going stong! So thankful to God and his Son for my health!
I love being able to shape and strengthen our bodies. It makes me feel a lot better being strong and better looking,makes me feel normal. its just heathy for my body and health is very important to me.
