When I Started:
Dec, 2008
How I Started:
I am not new to bodybuilding, I first started in the mid 90s. I was a 90lb bag of bones and wanted to have muscle tone. I completely transformed my body within 1 year and at one point considered competing, but my career took presidence so I chose to simply maintain. Unfortunatley I have been lazy in 2008 eating poorly and not going to the gym like I should have been and I feel like a complete mess right now. Its time for me to get it together again!
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it's a challenge - you need to commit hard to get great results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching Snowboard videos. I know as long as I am working out I will be able to Snowboard next season. I also sometimes look at pictures of me back in 2000 when I fell off the workout wagon and weighed in at 150 lbs - Yuck! I never want to look like that again.
BB Accomplishments:
Since I have set a new fitness goal I will update this section in 90 days. Wish me luck!

Snowboard progression and body transformation in 90 days.
Goal (Long):
My goal is two-fold since I am looking to progress in my sport and to get back in shape. Approaching mid 30s is starting to show and I want to get things under control before they get out of control. My weight goal is 120 lbs by May 2009 - basically get back to a small and compact overall package. I also want to improve strength and speed by adding some plyometrics to help with some new snowboard tricks I am trying to nail. I also want to learn to eat correctly and maintain a healthy diet for life (not just a few months).
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
Upcoming Contest:
Huck Fin - Alpine Valley

Currently searching for a good one. I have implants under the muscle so I am finding it hard to get any kind of decent definition without compromising the appearance of my breasts. Any suggestions?
