Workout Program:
Goal: Early Morning workouts 4 Days a week of 30 minute boxing, 30 min. mix of upper body resistance training, & ab workout with an 8 LB medicine-ball for added resistance on balancing-ball.

Evening workouts: 3 days a week of GYM time: 10 min. warm up, 45 min of lower body weight training & finish it with 20 min. of intense cardio.

I'm giving myself 1 cheat day to keep my sanity & not get burned out.

Why am I setting this workout program for myself?... it should help give me the results I'm expecting within the time I set for myself. Getting up early for a 1hr + workout will help give me that morning boost and doing so will be a bonus to my GYM time. Mixing cardio with resistance training will help me reach my goal of trimming down and enjoy the looks of long & lean muscles.
