When I Started: Nov 2008
HOW I STARTED:

Just was tired of being depressed and out of shape started working out and fell in love with the sport. it really helped me find my way and what i want to do with my life.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Enables me to push myself and help others around me to reach their goals
