Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder - heavy bench press - didnt know how to work out - rest - 11 months or so
Wrist - Clean and press - again before I knew exactly what to do - it was a while. Didn't do any workouts that involved wrist
Neck - Strained too much on leg press - out of commission for about 5 months. Shoulder - heavy bench press - didnt know how to work out - rest - 11 months or so

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
working without proper form. Lifting too heavy early on
