I always liked working out, but it became even more interesting when I started reading into the Bodybuilding side of it. The ability to shape and change the body was amazing. Not to mention the human bodies ability to rebuild itself.
Why I Love It:
It ... actually makes me feel happy ... Probably all of the Endorphins that are created through the process, but its the one really true thing ever. It perfectly mimics life. There are things you can do and there are things you cant do "now". In lifting you can either lift it now, or with training you will lift it then. There is nothing that you cant lift. All it takes is time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodyspace is the best. I get to see like minded individuals working hard to attain their goals. I also thrive on competition and Alan (workout partner) makes sure we have a crazy workout every time.
My goal is to be big and strong ... I am not that tall (sadly) therefore I can only get wider. I want to be able to lift crazy weight ... My ultimate goal is to feel better about who I am. There are only a couple things in this life that make me happy ... And working out and training is #1 ... in All importance its number 2 in my life. I will strive on .... and persevere through.

I think the Iron Gym is worth it. Buy it from Walgreens or whatever other store sells them. It'll be much cheaper than ordering it online. And it really hangs as easily the way they show on the commercial and without damaging anything.
I've done quite a bit during my career - phone system installs, outside plant splicing, cabling, etc. Over the past couple years, I have been selling and supporting Cisco products and solutions.
