kimguev Yes, Girl, Food! Are u eating every 2-3 hours are you burning more than you are consuming. Find healthy carbs to consume. Have a shake. Sounds like your body ran out of fuel and you need to fuel up. Try to stay ahead of the game and feed the body to stay on top of your results.. Good luck. I was there too. Aug 30, 2011 5:24pm

amycampbell42 I do cardio 4-5 times a week. Lately, I've either been on treadmill at high incline at a fast walk or recumbent bike for 30 min. I used to run for 30 min and I may go back to that. I've dropped 4 lbs since last week, but I think that may have more to do with cutting my calories. Aug 18, 2011 6:09pm

kimguev OMG ;) you live in Austin? How cool is that. I'm not a gym rat. That's not a bad thing. I mean that positively.. I live in Pflugerville. Any time you wanna do some cardio, I am open to it.
