Background
Accidentally. I used to be a BB hater and was only into very long time (4-5h) cardio. Mostly road biking. I started lifting and stopped doing cardio completly for 5-6 month and now got back into running/biking since February. Can do a 5k in 21min and 2 miles in 13 min. Wanna get fast and decent physic. Just a nice mixture of muscles, flexibility and endurance.
I love the time at the gym. If I wasn't sore the next day I would go 7 times a week.
