my long-term goal is to stop eating unhealthy foods bcuzz i always am. and get a healthier lifestyle.
I want to lose lots of fat!! and tone up. Might sound weird but I want a Kim Kardashian body except I want a really flat, toned tummy with a lil muscle.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
i guess running on the treadmill
its better when you have your mp3/ipod w.you lol
without mines i prolly do it for like only 10 min haha

What is your cardio exercise plan?
i dont have one i just do like 30 min of cardio whenever i workout
then the rest are weights like for 15-20 min
