How I Started:
I worked out on and off through High school, but never got serious about it. Hopefully I can stay motivated long enough to see results for me work.
Why I Love It:
It's fun, really just learning and watching your body shape into something that you can appreciate for yourself is very rewarding.

good luck with your new goal man. also i recently dropped from 15 percent to 10 it took me 2 months. good luck and train hard
