How I Started:
Reading muscle & fittness for her. Also noticing how out off shape I was. I saw myself in a mirror at a shopping mall and I was disgusted. (thought this has got to be a magic mirror).mad me really see that I wanted to get in shape for me and my son. Live a long and healthy life.
Why I Love It:
releaves stress from my every day life. work; college; family. I need a place were I could escape. At the gym I'm the BOSS.
How I Stay Motivated:
buying muscle & fitness for her and seeing these women on the cover with there incredible bodies. Telling myself if i keep working hard I'll have there body and maybe even the cover some day.

Got some motivation from my trainer after my month long break and now he is demanding i kick ass for the next 5 months so I can mop the floor with all the other girls on stage...just jokes! But yes, im feeling the pressure and feeling cool under it. Whats new with you?
