How I Started: It was something I wanted to do for a while and when the opportunity presented itself I started and I have not looked back. Until recently it was an off and on, mostly off, type of thing. However, I have decided to make working out a top priority.
Why I Love It: I love how I feel after even following a so-so workout. (Also, see "motivation" below.)
How I Stay Motivated: With spring here and summer coming, I remember the banner in an ad for a supplement a couple of years ago. "Be the guy who can mow the lawn with his shirt off." I want to be that guy!!
