It was something I wanted to do for a while and when the opportunity presented itself I started and I have not looked back. Until recently it was an off and on, mostly off, type of thing. However, I have decided to make working out a top priority.
Why I Love It:
I love how I feel after even following a so-so workout. (Also, see "motivation" below.)
How I Stay Motivated:
With spring here and summer coming, I remember the banner in an ad for a supplement a couple of years ago. "Be the guy who can mow the lawn with his shirt off." I want to be that guy!!

Taken before I began to make progress on losing fat around the waist.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
A lot of walking in my day-to-day life and the treadmill at the gym. I get a good work out in that I am not fond of riding in elevators so I take the stairs a lot. Hey thanks for the comments. I am really focusing now. Those photos are me one month in. I plan on loosing another 3-5 lbs this month and I think it will make a big difference in my physique. How are you doing?
