I was always into general fitness in high school. My profession and college education led me to learn more about fitness and staying healthy.
Why I Love It:
I love looking great and being healthy. Not only does it help me look good, but maintain my health in the long term.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at how out of shape my family is and America is in general. I keeps me going to know that I'm in better shape than most of the population.

Goal (Long):
To reach and maintain a body weight of 165-170lbs with a body fat percentage of 6-8%. I want to increase my overall strength and maximize my body size for my frame.

How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
I have to increase my water intake to prevent development of Kidney Stones. It actually helps me in order to achieve a proper level of hydration while working out.
Main Workout
- All sets are done in a pyramid fashion to force muscle burn and endurance
- All to be done explosively as possible
- Every exercise (except abs) has 4 sets
1. Set 1 is always light (8 reps)
2. Set 2 is medium (5 reps)
