Here is one of my ab routines I do to really put the hurt on my abs. five exercises done in circuit form for four rounds as fast as you can with good form and no rest! 1. One of the things I’ve noticed a lot from my clients is a lack of respect for getting enough sleep, you can train all day, eat perfectly all the time but if you don’t take the time to properly rest you’ll never reach your full potential. Just like the saying goes “Muscles are torn in the gym, fed in the kitchen and built in the bed” your body doesn’t truly repair and build new muscle except when you’re sleeping.
